From the beginning to the end of the publishing process, we aim for excellence in quality. If a book shipped from us arrives damaged, we will send you a new copy of the damaged book at no cost to you. If you receive a damaged book in the mail from us, please take some photos of the box the book came in, the damage done to the book, and contact us as soon as possible. The photos will be submitted to the carrier by The Chrysostom Institute in case the damage was caused by poor shipping.
